At Southern Brave, we are committed to delivering your official merchandise as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, delivery, and tracking.

UK Shipping Only

At present, the Southern Brave Online Store ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All in-stock merchandise is typically processed and dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Please note that during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or special events, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing a reliable and trackable delivery service across the UK.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within approximately 48 hours. However, delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Public holidays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed but standard delivery to the UK is charged at £5.50 per order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action or strikes
  • Royal Mail operational disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods

Southern Brave shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Southern Brave cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the shipment and provide updates where available. In certain circumstances, additional time may be required to complete courier investigations before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Damaged Order

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page or by emailing support@southernbrave.com.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or has been supplied incorrectly, Southern Brave will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item, including any applicable delivery charges incurred in returning the goods to us.

Once the returned item has been received and assessed by our team, you will be offered either:

  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund to the original payment method.

We will refund or exchange any item confirmed as faulty or damaged within 30 days of the delivery date.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer support team at support@southernbrave.com. Returns may be completed either by post or, where applicable, in person at Southern Brave.

Where a refund is approved due to a faulty or damaged item, we will refund the full purchase price paid for the product.
