returns policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why you have 28 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If you return your items within the 28 day period, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. However, we will not be able to refund the delivery charges and returns postage incurred by you to return the items back to our store. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the items back at our store.To arrange a return, please contact our customer support team at support@southernbrave.com. Returns may be completed either by post or, where applicable, in person at Southern Brave.Items being returned must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging where applicable
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Southern Brave reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Faulty / Damagedor Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page or by emailing support@southernbrave.com. To assist with our investigation, we may request photographs of the item, packaging, or shipping label.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or has been supplied incorrectly, Southern Brave will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item, including any applicable delivery charges incurred in returning the goods to us.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the items back at our store.
Inspection Process
All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.
Refunds may not be issued where the fault results from misuse, negligence, improper care, modification, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Items being returned must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging where applicable
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns by Post
Items can be returned by post to:
Southern Brave, c/o Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End. Southampton - SO30 3XH.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged
- An incorrect item was supplied
- There has been a manufacturing or fulfilment error
In-Person Returns & Exchanges
Where available, customers may return eligible items in person at Utilita Bowl for either a refund or exchange.
To arrange an in-person return, please contact support@southernbrave.com before visiting.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time the return is processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been dispatched.
As orders are typically processed quickly, we recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been marked as dispatched.
